But we have to agree that August is a &#8220;must-have&#8221; for many Portuguese people and this editorial is dedicated to them.<strong> After all, how can we enjoy Rota Vicentina in the summer season?<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image media=&#8221;18795&#8243;][\/vc_single_image][vc_column_text]The trails are open and available, but the choice must be careful, between fresher days and hours, shorter trails or the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rotavicentina.com\/walking\/percursos-circulares\/\">Circular Routes<\/a><\/strong> and, even so, for those with a great physical condition. Carrying 2 litres of water per person, in addition to the normal sun precautions, hat, sunscreen, etc, are mandatory precautions.<\/p>\n<p>At this time of year, we highly recommend the guided activities for a break from the &#8220;beach-eat-sleep routine&#8221;. Watching dolphins in Sagres, <a href=\"https:\/\/rotavicentina.com\/experiences\/hike-in-alentejo\/\">Interpretative walks in S. Lu\u00eds,<\/a>creative tourism in the Algarve, <a href=\"https:\/\/rotavicentina.com\/experiences\/herdade-do-pessegueiro\/\">horseback riding in Porto Covo,<\/a>paddle or kayaks tours in Odemira, Milfontes and Lagos, wine tasting in Santiago do Cac\u00e9m, traditional arts workshops in Odemira, surf in Milfontes, e-bike tours in Aljezur and much more&#8230;[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner unlock_row_content=&#8221;&#8221; row_height_percent=&#8221;0&#8243; shift_y=&#8221;0&#8243; z_index=&#8221;0&#8243; back_color=&#8221;#0fc3b1&#8243;][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243;][vc_column_text]<a href=\"https:\/\/rotavicentina.com\/actividades\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>In this link<\/strong><\/a> we present our local partners who offer all these activities and in <a href=\"https:\/\/id.rotavicentina.com\/programas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>this other link<\/strong><\/a>, about 40 programme proposals, of a few hours or several days, for all, but really all tastes![\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]The landscape reaches the plate and the restaurants reinvent themselves every year, and the names we have listed <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rotavicentina.com\/restaurantes\/\">here<\/a><\/strong>never let you down!
