Back on track: calendar of volunteering activities for September and October

Do you miss the trails? So do we!

Here is the new calendar with Rota Vicentina activities. We are soooooo happy to get back to the trails, to take care of them, specially with those who love them so much!

At this time, we slightly adapt the format of each activity, avoiding lifts. Each activity will be done with all the necessary care.We will have some maintenance walks and a beach cleaning.

As usual, we will have maintenance hikes (in Historical Way and Circular Routes). The duration will vary depending on the number of kms, the degree of difficulty and the amount of work to be done. In these hikes we will review the state of the trail, the signs, the marks, clean the board and signage, when necessary revive the colors of marks, cut the vegetation that is covering something and pick up some trash.

On Saturday 18th September, International Coastal Cleaning Day, we will join the numerous activities that will take place in Portugal, with the support of Oceano Azul Foundation, to clean up Bordeira beach.

Both activities have a limited number of participants and require registration. If you are interested in any activity(ies) we advise you to do it quickly, as these activities tend to fill up.
