Some days are like that. And this one of them: it walks. In other words: I walk in such way as if I wasn’t walking at all, as if something was walking me. Does it sound cryptic? It’s magical! I leave Odemira in the early morning.
The therapist Rena Schulte is 29 years old and lives in Berlin. She decided to visit Portugal, and make the trip on foot. Rena started in Mértola and arrived at Aljezur, where she began the Historical Way and then took the Fishermen’s Trail. At an average of 18 km per day, Rena can not avoid the fascination with the landscape and the tranquility that the walk in nature gives her. An inspirational and inspiring text of a pedestrian journey, but above all interior.
