I am Nelson Banza, 44 years old, I live in Sines and I am a cook by profession, a nature lover and an addict and aficionado of hiking.
On Rota Vicentina, I embraced this rich and majestic project, which is so missing in our region, and which in addition to the pleasure of walking, makes us belong to a family.
The perfect harmony with Nature and my inherent and unique feelings, which revitalize me and make me dive into a creative universe while walking, were the reasons that led me to sponsor one of the sections of the Rota Vicentina.
It’s when I’m walking on these trails that meditation occurs without me even realizing it, hence the satisfaction of calming the mind, clearing less good ideas and creating space for new perspectives. To walk without haste and to have at the end of the stage a pleasant objective: of all the ways of living, the one that most pleases me.
